Denise Lindsell is a corporate partner at Hardcastle Burton. She was admitted as a partner in 2007 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant six years earlier. She also became a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation during 2007. As audit compliance partner Denise works with a range of commercial clients including several manufacturing, construction and technology companies.
In addition to general audit accountancy and taxation compliance Denise advises on business exit strategies, sales and acquisitions. Other responsibilities include providing business support to a broad range of clients including the implementation of share incentives and the Enterprise and Seed Enterprise Investment Schemes. Denise also acts for a significant number of charities.
Denise is an active member of the UK200 Property & Construction committee and in her spare time enjoys travelling and going to the theatre.
